12.00-17.30 hrs NRD Club, (6 Browarna Steet ) LADYKONFA 12.00-13.30 hrs Panel discussion: Concerning the invisibility of lesbians within the feminist movement as well as in LGBT movement (so called ‘double opression’).

We invited women-activists from non-gorevnmental organizations and women-scientists. The discussion will aim at presenting the situation of lesbians in feminist and LGBT movement. In this way we would like to break through the stereotype regarding lesbians as well as mutual prejudice between homosexual and heterosexual women concerning their sexual orientation.

SIGN IN Workshop (16 participants, 3 hours) “Waking up the archetype of the spinning-wheel spinner – a comeback to women’s specimen model of creativity”- Anija Miłuńska .

Spinning-wheel spinner, the one who spins the thread of life and death weaving with it a pre-patterns – the structure of the world, is a powerful symbol which we encounter in almost every culture. This symbol is an embodiment of women’s power of giving birth and creating, giving life and shaping it. How can we reach this spinning-wheel spinner’s power? How to arouse it in order to restore our certainty of having influence on our own life and the world we live in?

The participants of the workshop will have an opportunity to acquaint themselves with the spinning-wheel spinner who will be presented during the lecture. They will also have an opportunity to discover their needs, restore or deepen their creativity and the feeling of being able to shape their own lives. The workshop will be a continuation of a lecture. Therefore it is necessary and required to attend the lecture if you want to participate in the workshop. Each participant will have to bring a sheet of paper and a pen.

Fun way of playing with identity. Masculinity and feminity are only internalized cultural patterns. By the use of which we can trace what the patriarchal culture attributes to men: sexism and huge egos. We are then able to question what seems inborn and natural – gender identification. We want to show how illusive it is.

10.00-16.00 hrs Wicza Theatre, Old Town Hall SIGN IN Workshops: gender/gynealogy (max. 20 women) . Ewa Furgał i Natalia Sarata ,

The workshops are an introduction to Gender Theory and it’s main issues. It’s aims are: increasing the level of gender awareness of the participants, sensitizing them to discrimination of women regarding their sex. The presenters also want to improve the participants’ sense of subjectivity, sisterhood and women-bonding by applying exercises from women history – gynealogy.

11.00-14.00 hrs The Leaning Tower (1/3 Pod Krzywą Wieżą Street) SIGN IN Workshops: “Body experience as a source of women’s creativity” – Natalia Miłuńska – Women’s Association Dakini – Stowarzyszenie Kobiet Dakini (16 participants)

There is a path relevant to listening to your body, following it, exceeding a dualism of what is corporeal and spiritual. The workshop will be a chance to familiarize with creativity which comes from experience of ‘here’ and ‘now’. It will present the general concept and examples of body art and output of women from different places in the world. We invite you to a rendezvous with your own corporeality, the rhythm of woman’s body and the wisdom of woman’s Blood.

We invite you to a show which will combine different forms of expression under a general show title “WOMAN”. It will be a combination of multimedia visualization with magic of fire and juggling, dance, live music and acrobatic stunts performed by cyclists.
